Meet the Founder

The founder of Clarion Communications Group, Alexandra Hays, brings 20+ years of experience shaping brand narratives, reputation management, and executing globally reaching campaigns for enterprise-level organizations. Alexandra leans on her background in journalism and decades of experience in military and federal in-house communications to asisst organizations reach their goals during critical stages of growth.

With the guiding beliefs that brands are built with storytelling and organizations aren't defined by crises but rather how they respond to them, Alexandra maintains that brand voice is crutial.  

Along with offering a full suite of brand launch services and communications and crisis training developed to assist organizations weather any storm, Alexandra is available on a limited basis to serve as a fractional communications executive for startups and scaling businesses. She works closely with founders and executive teams to build brand trust, sharpen positioning, and ensure communications efforts align with buisness outcomes.

JAMES GARVIN serves as a Creative Director and Video Production Subconsultant, bringing nationally-recognized excellence in visual storytelling and multimedia production. A four-time regional Emmy nominee and former U.S. Army Videographer of the Year, Mr. Garvin leads video production, creative development, and high-impact visual storytelling efforts in support of Clarion clients.


DANIEL HEMMERLY-BROWN serves as Analytics & Technology Lead Subconsultant, delivering analytics and performance tracking, bringing his expertise cultivated at Latitude Research, providing the same skills used to inform clients like Google, Netflix, Disney, and Microsoft on audience insights.


WESTON WEBER serves as Senior Communications and Digital Strategy Lead. Mr. Weber brings experience from the White House Office of Communications, the U.S. Geological Survey, and nonprofit organizations, with a focus on digital strategy, audience development, media outreach, and creative content production. He supports campaign planning, digital execution, messaging, and performance evaluation.
